Rainbow Readers
Celebration for our fantastic Rainbow Readers!
Reading leaders started the day by making Easter biscuits which would cook and cool ready for the rest of the Rainbow Readers later in the day.
At party time, the pupils were able to choose some Easter biscuits to decorate and eat while they sat and listened to a story. Julia Donaldson was the chosen author this time and pupils had a think and a chat about the characters in the book.
Following on from this, all the party goers got creative drawing and colouring their favourite characters. Some of them even turned into puppets!
