Forces
Calculations and experiments!
The children in school have been looking at forces and how they affect the world around us. Working in their separate groups they discussed what would influence the take off of the rocket. After each go, the group discussed the flight of their rocket; how high it travelled and the course that it took.
The evaluations led to changing the amount of water that was used and the children took turns to 'pump the rocket'.
