Allotment Visit
Owl Class had a delightful time at the local allotments on Thursday 11th January 2023 with Mr John Johnston as our informative guide. The children learnt about some of the benefits and challenges of keeping an allotment as well as finding out about crop rotation, organic matter, irrigation and ...Oh - there was some ice!
We are planning to return to the allotment later on in the year, when we hope to see a difference and comparison with 'before and after' observations. Here are a few photographs that the children took of each other.
